THE CORE CONTAINER:
Your Group
- Small, Intimate Setting: 4 people + Ilya.
- Monthly 3-Hour Live Group: These deep, focused sessions are the heart of the work. Held once per month. Massively experiential learning by doing.
- Peer Sessions: You’ll have three 60 to 90-minute sessions per month with fellow group members. This is where you put the theory into practice in helping one another unlock flow and your real power.
- 1:1 Sessions with Ilya: Over the course of the year, you’ll receive four personalized 90-minute sessions to deepen your Transformative Listening practice. We’ll follow your process in real time—you will be met with presence, insight, and the kind of attention that invites profound transformation.
- As-Needed Mini Sessions: We create a structure for as-needed mini sessions with group members and the wider community whenever you want extra practice and support. The structure allows for very focused and discrete calls that create rapid transformation.
THE EXPANSIVE FIELD:
Your Community
- Your Cohort: All of the smaller groups create a larger cohort that also meets throughout the year.
- Monthly 2-Hour Live Q&A: Drop-in sessions for all cohort members to ask questions, meet and practice with each other, and deepen your transformative capacity.
- In-Person Weekend Retreat: April 17-19 2026 for all cohort members. Location: San Francisco Bay Area. This is truly transformational, packed with growth but also uninhibited fun and uncontrollable laughter. Be sure you can make this weekend retreat! This isn't just some regular retreat. There's going to be a Dance Party (yes, I'm also a DJ).
- Private Online Space: Invite-only space limited to current and past group members to share breakthroughs, make connections, and receive ongoing support. Ilya is an active participant in this online community.

How To Join a Group
Start by filling out an application so we can learn about you and your goals and desires for this program.
If your application feels like a strong match, we’ll invite you to a paid 60-minute Alignment & Assessment Session.
This isn’t just a screening—it’s a powerful experience in its own right. I will spend a full hour getting to know you, helping you identify where you are, where you want to go, and what’s been getting in the way.
You’ll walk away with clarity, a felt experience of Transformative Listening, and often—your first major breakthrough.
You’ll also have space to ask anything about the program, process, and path ahead.
This session helps us both decide if this is the right fit, and ensures you begin the journey from a place of deep alignment.
After the session, you’ll be offered placement in an upcoming group that aligns with your availability and goals.
